GE Energy — Oil & Gas — Drilling & Production – Pressure Control

GE石油天然气压力控制（苏州）有限公司（原伍德压力控制（苏州）有限公司）成立于2007年1月，于2011年4正式加入GE， 工厂位于苏州工业园区，整合后属于GE能源集团下的石油与天然气集团，产品包括节流阀，闸阀等各种阀门以及各种井口设备。我们的产品按照美国石油标准协会（API ）6A标准进行生产并获得认证，并且通过ISO 9001 质量体系认证、ISO 14001环境管理体系认证及OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证。

目前，苏州工厂约有170名员工，7000平方米的车间具备全面的制造（机加工，自动堆焊）、装配测试及检验能力，同时还提供先进的培训、售后服务及支持，为井口压力控制应用提供定制化产品、服务及诊断设备。

GE Oil & Gas Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co, Ltd (The former Wood Group Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co., Ltd) was acquired by GE Oil & Gas in April’ 2011. The facility locates in Suzhou Industrial Park with key technologies on Chokes, Valves and wellheads. The facility is ISO9001, ISO14004, OHSAS18001 registered and licensed. The products are certified for API 6A.

Up to today the 7000 square meter workshop provides complete manufacturing (including machining and automated cladding), assembly, testing and inspection services for our full line of wellhead pressure control equipment with approximately 170 employees

Role Summary/Purpose

Conduct internal EHS audit to identify any EHS risk and solve the problem to make sure EHS system are properly run in this facility ,and make sure each EHS related activity in this facility is comply with local EHS requirement
在公司内部开展EHS审核,及时发现EHS隐患并解决问题以保证EHS体系在公司的正常运行. 确保公司的EHS活动符合当地EHS的规范. .

Essential Responsibilities

1. To monitor and interpret governmental regulations and codes to ensure site compliance with local EHS requirements. 收集和解释政府相关HSE法规、规定并确保公司运营符合当地EHS要求
2. Maintain EHS Management System, and coordinate all the functions to keep the system continually improving.维护EHS管理体系，与各部门协调维持体系持续改进
3. Plan and implement internal EHS system audit to ensure the operation compliance with the company and China government legal requirements.计划并执行EHS内部审核确保运作与公司和中国法律要求相符合
4. Assist in implementation of EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance协助执行EHS程序和项目要求以满足符合性
5. Assist consultants and contractors on related EHS issues 协助顾问公司和承包商相关EHS问题
6. To develop and facilitate site specific EHS related trainings, such as new employee orientation training, monthly safety training, visitors training 制定并执行相关HSE培训课程，例如新员工入职培训，月度安全培训及访客安全介绍
7. Work with government or relevant agencies to conduct monitoring and measurement as per legal or corporate requirements.根据法律或总部要求与政府部门或相关代理机构合作进行日常监测
8. Responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective closure.负责事故报告，调查及纠正措施并跟踪纠正及预防措施确保有效关闭
9. Lead the EHS risk identification and assessment主导EHS风险识别及评估
10. Prepare occupational health medical checklist and cooperate with HR department to arrange the medical check准备职业健康检查项目清单并与HR合作安排职业健康体检
11. Coordinate ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 certification负责ISO14001及OHSAS18001证书
12. To perform HSE reviews including fire prevention for equipment design, layout, equipment installation and any other project requiring HSE involvement对新设备设计，布局，设备安装以及其他需要的新项目进行HSE包括消防审核
13. Other tasks assigned by manager. 其它由经理安排的工作

Qualifications/Requirements

▪Mature, active and positive. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure.
成熟，积极，主动的专业工作精神，并克服工作上的一切困难，能承受工作 压力
▪Good organizational and communication skills, leadership capabilities.
具有良好的领导管理、组织沟通能力和项目管理能力
▪Good relationship with other colleagues, excellent communication skill, strong implementation and supervision capability, strong willing and tough in work. 良好的人际关系, 沟通、执行、监管能力强，工作态度坚决；
▪ CET 6 or Good command for English both in spoken and written
英语6级以上或英语书写及口语能力佳
Bachelor or above大学本科以上
▪ At least two-year experience, preferable major in mechanism processing or gas & petroleum business.
2年以上的相关工作经验；以机械加工和石油天然气 相关行业为佳
