Key Responsibilities
Support Sales Team:
? Team Contract Documentation for both soft and hard copies including: Contract, Customer contactor details, QCF44 form, Configuration details and Process guarantee, SSA if needed, SOA and BOM
? After documentation: Provide the related documents to related people for order follow up
? Order Commercial Handling including: EUU, Proforma Invoice and Proforma Packing list, Invitation letter, training arrangement, LC and shipping documents etc.(TBD)
? Order Database monthly update on CS revenue.
? Support sales tender
? Booking air tickets and hotel for salesmen and colleague overseas
? Support marketing activities including exhibition ,seminar and meeting
? Coordinate with UK marketing about brochure and materials assists to arrange the technical seminars, technical conference, exhibition etc.
Support Service Team:
? Coordinate Services related issues with Customers including: Service and Parts Quotation, OEM Parts Repair Status, Spare Parts Tracking, Engineers Visits, Payment, etc.
? Documentation and tracking of: CS Sales Revenue and CS Repair Expenditure.
? Coordinate OEM Parts Repair: Liaise with OEM Supplier on Parts Repair.
? Administration Work: Checking of Engineer’s Expenses, Annual Leave Status, etc.
? Spare Parts Management: Manage Parts logistically from the UK. Manage parts sending out to the customer. Liaise with internal Finance, Import/Export and Store Keeping Department for the smooth management of Spares via E1 software.
? Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably required by the Company.
? All employees have a personal responsibility for their own health and safety and for that of others who may be affected by their actions and behaviour. All employees will comply with the Company’s arrangements for health, safety and environmental protection.
Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated
? A good general education, with a technical element, at least sufficient to be able to converse effectively with customers with regards to the product.
? Preferably a formal sales/accounting/administration qualification.
? Highly PC literate, particularly in MS Office, Web based applications and, ideally, sales and accounting P systems.
? A customer – focussed approach to delivering excellent service and improved accuracy.
? Organisational skills.
? Experience of import/export procedures and regulation an advantage.
? Team worker, who works effectively with others.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external contacts.
? Eager and willing to learn.
? Must be able to work under pressure.
? Fluent written and spoken English essential.
