Job Mission:
- Working with the Operations team leader to manage LNP China’s current accounts;
- Working alongside LNP’s team of HR, Import & Export and Finance experts to deliver quality insight and results for our clients;
- Spending time understanding your clients’ true needs in China and building a long-term business relationship with them;
- Delivering projects efficiently, effectively and within tight deadlines.
Success in this position requires is achieved through achieving specific targets in:
- Customer service satisfaction
- Account profitability (revenue / hours spent)
- Sales growth from existing accounts

This is what you will do:
- Client Services Management
o Meet with clients on a weekly basis to analyze their needs, present progress reports on projects, and explain how LNP China can help with next steps
o Front line support and issue resolution on LNP China’s client accounts, focusing on WFOE Management projects initially but growing quickly to cover all areas of LNP China’s service
o Contribute to client issue log and participate in weekly client issue review
o New client onboarding, including project planning and management on project clients
o Work with Finance Team to issue invoicing and collect AR from clients
- Business Development
o Support sales & marketing team with client proposals, and new product development
o Report to, and participate in, Company quarterly strategy & planning summits
- Product Development
o Develop new products based on client need and present to Product Development Committee
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong passion for building, shaping and managing long-term, international, client relationships
- 3-5 years of operations or operations consultancy experience in China;
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role in the West and China;
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role in the West and China
- Ability to communicate confidently and fluently in Chinese and English
