职位描述：
1. Responsible for microbial limits test of raw material and finish product/bulk per related SOP/Test Method. Responsible for review/check the micro testing result and performing the product/material Micro testing result release for final product approval. Ensure product release on time. Ensure related record comply with GLP requirements. Report to QC Manager when OOS/OOT result is observed.
负责按SOP及测试方法对有关的原材料，成品/中间体进行微生物限度测试。负责微生物测试结果的复核并依此结果释放产品以进行产品的最终合格释放。确保原材料/产品按时释放。确保有关测试记录符合GLP要求。及时向实验室经理汇报OOS/OOT的测试结果。

2. Responsible for AET testing per SOP/Test Method and prepare AET report. Ensure related record comply with GLP requirement. Report to QC Manager when OOS/OOT result is observed.
负责按SOP/测试方法进行AET测试，填写AET报告。确保有关测试记录符合GLP要求。及时向实验室经理汇报OOS/OOT的测试结果。

3. Responsible for microbiology laboratory investigation as per WWSP-000190 when OOT/OOS occurs.
当发生微生物OOT/OOS时，负责按WWSP-000190进行实验室调查。

4. Responsible for culture management, ensure the correctness of inoculation, identification, maintenance, purchasing and documentation per SOP/Test Method.
按SOP及测试方法负责菌种的管理、确保接种传代、鉴定、维护、采购和记录的正确性。

5. Responsible for develop/initiate and review/revise Micro-Lab related QAP/ SOP/测试方法, Validation Protocol and other documents, ensure all these documents comply with WWSP, regional and local regulatory guidelines.
负责开发/起草、复核/修改有关微生物实验室的QAP/SOP/测试方法、验证草案及其他文件，以确保所有这些文件符合WWSP、亚太地区及当地法规的指导方针。

6. Responsible for RM and AET test method validation and qualification, including AET and other test method, to comply with WWSP, regional and local regulatory guidelines.

7. Responsible for micro lab clean room annual qualification and equipment/instruments calibration/qualification. Ensure Microbial Lab equipment/instruments always in good status.

8. Responsible for plant environment/purified water system monitor testing per SOP/Test Method. Ensure related record comply with GLP requirements. Report to QC Manager when OOS/OOT result is observed. Review and summarize quarter and annual report for water testing and annual report for environmental monitoring.
按SOP及测试方法负责JJC生产区域的环境及纯化水系统的监控测试。确保有关测试记录符合GLP要求。及时汇报OOS/OOT的测试结果。负责水样测试的季度报告和年度报告，以及环境监控的年度报告。

9. Assist QC manager and Q&C/SMP to solve micro quality issue, support failure investigation, internal/supplier audit, new product transfer, Company/department project and others. Assist micro-lab supervisor to sign, review and report the test records and reports both for SJJ and JJC.
协助QC经理及Q&C/SMP解决微生物质量问题，协助进行失败调研，内部/供应商审计，新产品转移、公司或部门的项目及其他。协助微生物实验室主管对SJJ及JJC实验室记录/报告的结果进行汇报并签字及复核。

10. Support EM Q&C to provide microbiology technical service to EM (External Manufacture).
协助EM Q&C对外部制造商提供微生物技术的支持及服务。

11. Responsible for provide technical training to micro-lab staff and other department.
负责为微生物实验室员工及其他部门提供微生物技术培训。

12. Other activities arranged by QC Lab Manager
QC实验室经理安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.Education Requirement: At least college degree in chemistry/biology /microbiology related majors
教育背景：化学/生物/微生物相关专业的本科及本科以上学历
2. Professional Experience: Experience in analytical /biological/ micro lab related fields is preferred
工作经历：有在相关领域的分析类/生物类/微生物实验室工作经历
3. others:
Basic knowledge and analytical skill in laboratory.

Ability to independently execute assigned tasks and good cooperate with colleagues
