职位描述：
1.End user desk support, Customer facing and Technical support through Mails, Voice and other ticketing tools, preparing inventory reports, Managing stores and assets in accordance with company standards and policies, Adhere to ISO security standards and all other organization guidelines.

 

2. Assets Management, Site Network/Server room support as needed by Senior Engineers, Working in mass roll out projects at End user side, Closure of IT support tickets with in SLA committed to customers, supporting remote customers over voice and other tools for troubleshooting.

3. Support Windows and other OS issues, Patch management and Antivirus management, Desktop/Laptop hardening and imaging in accordance to enterprise guidelines, Support for other Form factor devices such as Mobile and Tablets as needed by business and Corporate IT
