L&D COORDINATION:
? Work with internal trainers / external vendors to plan and coordinate logistics for training events. Enter course within the learning management system (LMS), refine or creates course outline in conjunction with trainer for course description as appropriate, calculate pricing for approval and minimum course attendance. Collaborate on class timeline, coordinate with hotels and material providers, communicate forthcoming classes to employees, and ensure appropriate staffing both internally and externally.
? Coordinate and schedule third party vendors including hotels, equipment suppliers, entertainment, and caterers. Work with Purchasing to negotiate and draw up contracts. Research potential event locations and conducts site inspections. Evaluate alternatives and recommends options to L&D management team.
? Facilitate or provide facilitation support for in-house training classes both of both live and online medium.
L&D ADMINISTRATION:
? Maintain and own contracts with geo specific training providers ensuring compliancy to country specific legal criteria. Manage vendors to agreed service levels, negotiating refunds or discounts for poor training offerings.
? Ensure pre-work distribution, monitoring class enrollments and cancelling / postponing classes to avoid cancellation charges. Conduct follow-up class evaluations to determine applicability and effectiveness of course material. Provide feedback to participants, trainers, external providers/suppliers and L&D consultant to help influence and improve future events.
? Participate in and manage global T&OD projects, programs, and policies in line with divisional objectives. Provide input and feedback on regional requirements for global roll out, and develops tools and resources for support of worldwide programs. Participate and provide regional input to global taskforces as appropriate. Support various L&D initiatives and projects eg Korn Ferry, employee survey, performance management etc.
? Provide internal training/ development consultation and support to local HR staff, managers and employees. Research and identifies vendors for L&D interventions, incorporating content and language specifications. Provide input on course design in conjunction with training provider.
? Manage geo training budget, invoice management charge backs, accruals etc. Responsible for monitoring class prices within geo of responsibility and working with L&D Manager to influence pricing. conduct formal training needs analysis to help determine the GEO calendar of various learning solutions, and to identify potential gaps for the L&D Consultant to consider.
? Generate quarterly reports from LMS for GEO HR Team, including updates on corporate L&D initiatives progress, training history, and other key training
