Job Description Summary:
Sales role, Identifies, creates, and manages business relationships with select partners to develop solutions and create complementary products/services, whilst contribute revenue for corporate. Defines mutual goals and objectives and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance. Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships. Establishes metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success for the alliance. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
? Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.
? Be accomplished / experienced negotiators as we typically structure contracts around our most important deals with other large companies.
? Communicate regularly and consistently with the AVPs and Regional Managers to ensure alignment with their objective
? Engages with customers and/or partners to develop strong qualitative and quantitative business cases for Citrix solutions or channel partnership.
? Interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers and/or functional peer group managers
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
? Fluent English is a must.
? Being familiar with Cloud is preferable.
? Innovation and aggressive, could approach new and key partner, could talk with senior executive level.
? Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
? Knowledge of other leading software vendor channel marketing programs.
? Ability to perform multiple tasks and to complete assignments given aggressive time constraints with high quality level.
? Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of experience.
? Familiar CISCO/H3C/Lenovo is better
