职位描述：
岗位职责：
-           负责公司/门店网络，NCR设备，服务器及桌面系统运维;
-           安装新店办公电脑，并按照要求进行配置;
-           安装新店POS系统硬件设备，并进行设备连接和整理;
-           安装新店网络设备;
-           整理新店设备安装记录
-           维护餐厅硬件设备，维护级别：Level 1;
-           维护餐厅软件系统，维护级别：Level 1;
-           维护餐厅网络系统，维护级别：Level 1;
-           接受餐厅员工关于IT系统的咨询并对相关操作进行耐心指导;
-           根据部门计划，执行月度和季度系统例行检查维护，保证餐厅系统运行稳定;
-           根据硬件升级计划，配合进行硬件升级，保证设备运行稳定;
-           提交菜单更新需求给NCR，并完成相关测试及部署工作.
任职要求：
教育背景: 大学本科计算机专业
 
经验和能力：
-          计算机相关专业本科以上学历,2年以上门店维护经验
-          精通餐饮业NCR POS系统软件、硬件和网络架构
-          熟悉餐饮行业各部门业务流程, 具备丰富的餐饮类POS系统项目实施技能, 对行业POS系统软、硬件有深刻的理解和行业认知
