职位描述：
This role is responsible for the technical development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the critical business systems and assist application manager in terms of the tasks related to application systems and BI solutions.

Areas of Responsibility:
System Support
? Respond to support requests (2nd level) and provide diagnosis and resolution.
? Escalate any unsolved issues to the relevant teams for further diagnosis.
? Provide proactive problem management and ensure issues are resolved to meet service delivery agreements.
? Provide technical direction and consultancy to Business Units.
? Investigate current systems usage and identify areas for improvement.
? Identify opportunities for operational process improvement.
? Work with cross-functional IT support teams (onsite or remotely), as well as 3rd party vendor, in providing support to end-users.

System Implementation/Enhancement
? Work as a technical leader providing solutions by developing applications using mainstream technologies.
? Responsible for leading the deployment effort covering the entire deployment life cycle including requirements analysis, feasibility study, systems analysis and design, development, implementation, internal/user testing, training, system maintenance, and production support.
? Apply changes to systems based on approved change requests with a professionally structured approach.
? Ensure that coding, design, and other standards are well implemented and maintained.
? Define the appropriate development approach to the business requirements for both internally built and outsourced projects.
? Prepare and review detailed technical and/or functional specifications for enhancement or project requirements.
? Prepare and review IT training materials and documentation if required.
? Coordinate with cross functional teams and external vendors/consultants to deliver software solutions and services effectively.
? Collaborate with Application manager identify IT solutions and to offer technical guidance in evaluation of business requirements.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:
Education (Required)
? Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant qualification

Experience (Required)
? Minimum 5 years of experience in system support and web application development
? Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities
? Background in technical design methodologies
? Microsoft .NET or Java technologies
? Experiences in database such as MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.
? Experience in at least one of BI tools such as MS SQL, Cognos, etc.

Experience (Preferred)
? Microsoft SharePoint Server
? Microsoft InfoPath
? Microsoft Active Directory
? Windows PowerShell
? Exchange Server
? Developer experiences


Professional Qualification (Preferred)
? Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
