职位描述：

Division: Controlling & Risk Management

Location: Beijing

* Act as line controller to control cost center budget and forecast, support business departments on finance related topic so as to make sure the business activities are on right track.

* Communicate and cooperate with our business partners to drive business results.

* Supervision and steering of controlled business department, such as overheads, marketing, headcount, personnel costs, especially for the company car.

* Providing training to business departments, e.g. PR/PO process.

* Improve CoW efficiency.

Major Responsibilities:

· Budgeting and forecast planning of responsible business department. Generate analysis report and presentation.

· Budgeting and forecast planning of responsible business department, generate analysis report and presentation to management.

· Daily operation to manage and control responsible cost center, including headcount, budget, and company car especially.

· Improve cost & process efficiency of responsible business department during daily operation.

· Working on business case development and analysis.

· BMW China joint topics discussion and analysis.

· Support system and process improvement.

· Support Audit.

· Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree in Finance related majors (Master preferred).

· Experience in finance or accounting field.

· Rich experience in finance related area, hold of professional certification, e.g., CPA, is preferred.

· At least 2 year working experience in foreign manufacture company or big four accounting firm.

· Common sense in automotive industry.

· Logical thinking.

· Strong sense of responsibility.

· Self-motive and well-organized.

· Interest in data and detail.

· Work under pressure when assigned heavy tasks.

· Proficient English, German would be an advantage.

· Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word knowledge.
