职位描述：
Tasks and responsibilities
Achievement of project sales targets through
Identify project channels and appropriate partners
Follow up and monitor projects which intitaled by ADs
Field on site to dig out project pipeline, build up and maintain good relationship with key persons, prepare project products proposal to project owner or designer or other stake holders
Report project status to project manager/ area sales manager/regional project manager on regular meeting/report
Negotiate price, mockup on small projects and win the project
Coordinate with finance, order & supply chain department to make sure delivery
Forecast project products sales by SKUs and make sure the forecast accurate rate is above company’s expectation

Requirements

Education:
collegue degree above

Experience:
Worked as a sales man in a leading edge, branded project organisation for 1+ years.
Have sense on project sales

English
Basically reading/writing on English

Competences
Good problem solving
Has the willing to initial tasks
Have unconditional delivery mindset
Team player
Good communication skills
Has the willing to learn, quick learner is preferred
Should be customer focus
Good ability on influence without power
