职位描述：
1、负责主导产品电子开发与研发管理体系建设；
2、负责公司电子研发总方案设计、规划、评审；
3、负责督导与监控产品研发过程电控部分质量及成本控制；
4、组织编写各种文档和标准化技术资料，督导管理有关电控技术平台规划跟踪、技术标准体系建设、研发知识库体系建设等；
5、对所负责项目内产品提供必要的技术支持；
6、负责电子研发团队建设；
任职要求：
1、电子、电气、计算机、自动控制类专业本科以上学历，五年以上开发经验；
2. 精通C或C++语言，深入理解面向对象编程，熟悉MCU、ARM、DSP等主控芯片的硬件架构及底层外设开发；
3. 精通基于Cortex-M3平台的嵌入式编程；
4. 有工业仪表和工业现场总线开发经验，能够独立策划项目开发工作；
5. 有较强的学习能力和学习欲望，钻研精神和团队合作精神，能承受加班工作压力；
6.精通常用的模拟电路、数字电路，并具有丰富的PCB设计、电路调试经验；
7.具备量产产品开发经验；
