- Responsible for new product introduction process of Low Voltage Drives, including new design release and mass production transfer between EMS-s
- Responsible for all production related activities during whole product lifecycle, including production process review / approval, tester review / approval, and other EMS related tasks
- Develop and improve PCBA qualification process for new designs and product transfers
- Participate electronics design review, responsible for DFM/T
- Provide technical support to quality issues as production process expert
- Build up communication network with counterparts within local and global organization (cross-location), and with other collaboration departments, e.g. R&D, sourcing, etc. (cross-function)
- Travel time up to 50%

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics or electrical field or other suitable engineering field
- Working experience in process/product engineering and/or project management in an EMS company for minimum 3 years, total working experience >5 years
- Good understanding on industrial electronics production in whole life cycle
- Highly experienced in industrial electronics production process, including PCBA production, box build assembly, and other special processes
- Familiar with electronics production tests, knowledge on test equipment and process requirements
- Good understanding on electronics product DFM/T
- Familiar with IPC standards and practices, especially IPC610
- Knowledge on RoHS
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written
- Willing to take challenges and willing to learn
- Proactive working attitude and willingness to travel frequently and work independently
- Open minded and willing to share knowledge with the team
