职位描述：

DO
· Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements.
· Direct all resources to effectively and efficiently meet the date and quality commitments for all deliverables.
· Manages activities of a department with responsibility for results, including schedule, quality, methods and staffing.
· Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
· Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team. Networks with senior internal/external personnel in own area of expertise.
· Foster a climate of diversity and teamwork, rewarding and recognizing high performance with open, honest communication that supports Rockwell Automation values.

Job Requirements
Must-to-have Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree above
A seasoned, experienced people manager, leading at least 40-50 people in project over 5 years.
Over 10 years of software development, engineering management and project management experience.
Master of Agile development with programming background
Capable of resolving wide range of issues in creative and effective ways.
Strong commitment to project schedule and quality.
Critical decision making.
Good English reading, writing and verbal communication skill.
MNC experience is preferred.

本科学历，10年以上软件经验，5年以上团队管理经验，管理团队规模40人+，熟练人员管理

英语听说读写熟练
