Job responsibility:
? The Sales manager will be a critical role in driving the commercialization and penetration of FinTech’s supply chain and financing solution to various parties, including anchor buyer, suppliers along the supply chain, financing partners (factoring company, loan company, guarantee company, banks, insurance etc).
? In view of the innovation nature and online platform feature, the Sales manager will need to explore and identify appropriate financing partners in participating into the FinTech platform, pitch and convince new/existing anchor shippers and all related suppliers at different levels to sign up and utilize FinTech’s financing solution, with an ultimate goal to facilitate and promote the online transaction volume and product penetration along each logistics supply chain.
? To design the sales strategy versus different type of partners, identify the unique requirement and specifics of each industry so as to achieve faster and higher client adoption and product penetration.
? To explore, negotiate and analyze unique requirement from VIP client during sales pitch for any customized service required, provide business case to seek internal approval for special handling, additional budget required or preferential pricing.
? Lead the sales pitch and coordinate with other team members including Product, Legal, Compliance, Ops etc to ensure compliance adherence, appropriate risk management as well as adequate business return.

Job requirements:
? Minimum 6-8 years of banking experience in relationship manager, product sales or similar front-line functions.
? Strong knowledge and experience of trade finance, supply chain finance, factoring and loan would be key components to this position.
? Knowledge of the FinTech business such as 3rd party payment agency, custody, online transaction platform (bidding, negotiation, agreement and execution etc) would be a great advantage.
? Ability to think independently, prioritize various objectives and maintain good balance and relationship with all parties under FinTech business unit.
? Passionate about supply chain finance industry and entrepreneurship, the ability to adopt the start-up working rhythm and a dynamic, complex and varied working style.
? Quick learner; creative and systematic thinking with good observation skill; good communication skill and teamwork spirit with potential to a leadership role
? Proficient in both oral and writ
