工作职责:
Responsibilities:
Manage spectrum of HR function, implement and review of HR policies and procedures to align with company’s vision, objectives and strategies.
Coordinate and administer the day-to-day human resources activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development.
Provide timely & efficient support to the departments in their respective recruitment needs and in achieving company objectives.
Prepare and propose competitive or appropriate remuneration package in relation to new hires, contract conversion, promotion, etc. taking into consideration the internal and external equities.
Responsible for payroll administrations and processing for all headcount and to ensure employee’s salary are pay on time.
Provide specialist knowledge, advice and support to management and employees relating to all human resources related issues and matters.
Collaborate with department manager to determine individual/team developments or training needs and make appropriate recommendation on areas of improvements.
To maintain and update personal record into human resource information system.
Compile to government’s rules and regulation to avoid any legal implication.
Preparation of HR related letter, eg. employment contract, contract renewal, promotion, increment letter and etc.
Facilitate work permit application, renewal, and cancellation for foreign employees, liaise with work permit related matters.
Prepare and updating job requirement and job descriptions for all positions.
Individual income tax clearance for all employees.
Maintain high standard of confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive data.
Prepare and assist in statutory as well as internal audit regarding payroll.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by supervisor / management.

Technical / Professional:
College degree and above, human resource related major is preferred
Familiar with Employment Act.
above 5 year relevant experience is preferred
Technological:
Competent in Microsoft Office
General:
Good problem solving
Has the willing to initial tasks
Have unconditional delivery mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good team player with good attitude, integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
