职位描述：
Company Name: nHub 裸心社
Position Title: Finance Assistant 财务助理
Reports To: Assistant Financial Controller 财务副总监
Location: naked Base Camp, Shanghai


Main Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for accounting of revenue and AR, expenses and AP of assigned centers.
2. Be responsible for accounting works of F&B segment.
3. Issue Fapiao to customers.
4. Communicate with community staff for accounting, invoice and tax issues.
5. Assist in monthly closing.
6. Other ad hoc projects assigned.
主要工作职责：
1. 负责对口的裸心社的会计核算工作，主要包括应收应付方面；
2. 负责餐饮中心的会计核算。
3. 定期给客户开具发票。
4. 与社区同事沟通关于财务，税务方面的问题。
5. 支持每月的结账工作。
6. 其他领导安排的工作。
Qualification and Skills:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting or business.
2. At least 1 years of related working experience.
3. Familiar with PRC accounting standards, taxation law and other related policies.
4. Have good financial and business knowledge.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Willing to learn.
7. Good command of English skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PPT is preferred.
8. Familiar with financial system, like UFIDA is preferred.

技能要求：
1、 本科以上财经类相关学历；
2、 1年以上财务相关工作经验；
3、 熟悉并掌握中国会计准则，税务，及相关法律法规；
4、 扎实的财务知识；
5、 良好的人际沟通能力；
6、 有良好的学习意愿；
7、 英语读写能力良好，并掌握WORD，EXCEL和PPT等办公软件使用者优先；
