Position Title: Analyst, Real Estate
Reports To: Associate Director of Real Estate
Location: Shanghai (business travel when needed)
Overview:
naked Hub is a platform to help start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.

With its rapid business development, naked Hub has ambitious plans in China and the Asia region with the aim to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China in 2017. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Analyst, Real Estate position.

Responsibilities:
? Provide business analysis, including market study, project concept and programming analysis, cost estimation and budgeting, deal structure analysis, and cash flow modeling.
? Participate in execution of projects such as contract management, development budget update, sales and marketing activities, and other project administration and coordination works.
? Develop and implement action plans to strengthen relative market position through collection and analysis of data while also using experience, market knowledge and other inputs to compliment data.
? Research and recommend new markets for company expansion.
? Identify, present, and implement real estate solutions for existing and potential locations.
? Prepare project updates and reporting to shareholders


Requirements:
? A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Architect, Real estate or related field preferred.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
? Proven ability to analyze, interpret and create financial modeling.
? Good command of analytical and quantitative skills.
? Adequate Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
? Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.
? Excellent verbal and written skills of English and Mandarin.
? Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft suites.
