J.P. Morgan’s Treasury Services delivers cash management, liquidity, commercial card and escrow services that resolve the working capital and efficiency challenges treasury professionals face today. We provide streamlined documentation, fast-track implementations and premier online service tools, while continuing to invest in the seamless global operating model that differentiates us in the market. More than 135,000 corporations, financial institutions, governments and municipalities in over 180 countries and territories entrust their cash business to J.P. Morgan.
? Participates on a team of Account Managers typically assigned to support a Tier 1 corporate clients where focus is to protect and grow the client relationship
? May be a designated Account Manager for multiple Tier 2 or Tier 3 clients in a region or market and escalated point for all CB names
? Performs data analysis to identify issues/trends/opportunities and by reaching out to ensure proper alignment of client needs to Bank solutions (SLAs)
? Acts as the first point of escalation for services issues; resolves client inquiries regardless of where generated to ensure high level of client satisfaction
? Participates in client presentations; works together with the RM to develop and execute service-related relationship plan
? Uses product knowledge to recommend and participate in product enhancements, including testing
? Adheres to and ensures client's compliance with Bank risk policies/practices and educates clients on risk/legal requirements
