Location Shanghai, China
Position Summary The primary focus of the role will work with the support of a team, and help provide our existing clients with high quality Customer Service.
A strong sense of service is required to ensure success of establish and maintain of long term trust relationship with customers. Key attributes include communication with clients, assessment of their needs and priority of their request, resource planning and daily task management.
Performance Review Period At the end of the probation period and then as a minimum at the conclusion of each financial year

Position Requirements
Listed, but not limited to, are the key competencies and experience for this position.
Experience and Education ?
Bachelor or above degree in IT Management, Information Management & Information System or other related major will be preferred
? More than 3 years working experience with at least 2 years project experiences in Customer Service Management or Project Management, in Retail, Distribution, Logistics, Transport, or other related industries
? Knowledge in enterprise software used in Retail or Distribution (CRM, WMS, ERP, etc.) will be highly considered
? Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Projects)
? Excellent customer service and communication skills
? Ability to manage stress
? Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
? Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is a must
? Analytical skills & attention to details
? Good team player, with strong ability to work closely with internal and external people
? Passion to continually learn & acquire business, technical & application related skills

? Key Responsibilities
Listed, but not limited to, are the key responsibilities for this position.
1. Customer Service
- External ?
        Handle incoming inquiries, incidents and problems via all support channels etc.
? Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services
? Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
? Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organisation is providing
? Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
? Report projects status to our client, make them clear what we do for them
? Continuously propose new ideas, improvement in internal organization, suggestion changes, promote new ideas
2. Customer Service
- Internal ?
        Working collaboratively with all teams to deliver high quality support to customers
? Plan resources and work on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
? Report monthly KPIs to management
? Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
? Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.
? Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service leading or supervising a team of customer service staff
3. Reporting ? Reporting to the CEO weekly
4. Miscellaneous ? Other tasks as directed by the CEO and Business Unit Manager
