Key Responsibilities

1. Provide secretarial and administration support to the business operations

2. Understanding business.

3. Meeting and greeting clients, monitoring and receiving internal and external telephone calls, effectively dealing with incoming and outgoing mail. Handling enquiries and complaints

4. Schedule appointment and meetings.

5. Coordinate travel arrangement for operations, business development and marketing department.

6 Maintain and update leave record and movement record.

 
Essential Requirements

 The successful candidate must possess the following:

 Education

· Bachelor Degree.

· Proficiency skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Experience

· 1-3 years experience

· Competent with computers

Personality

· Outgoing, presentable and have good communication skills

· Creative, good team player
