职位描述：
This position is responsible to support TS manager to control the daily transaction ( export /import LC , drafts discounting and acceptance , guarantee transaction) and manager trade team to ensure quality services delivery of trade finance business to the customers and support new product launch.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

1.streamline team operations and manage team member to meet annual objectives and customer services standards;
2.Control and monitor daily Import LC/Export LC/Documents collection/Guarantee/General Financing transactions;
3.Ensure adequate controls exist and seek identify, evaluate and mitigate processing and operational risk;
4.Ensure escalation of operational ,regulatory and other risks to senior management and responsible for directing development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions within own area of responsibility;
5.Actively engaged in process enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives within own area's operations;
6.Update and provide relevant training to team members on regulations to ensure daily processes are in compliance with local regulations
7.Monthly review of regulatory reporting submission status and ensure timely and accurate reporting;
8.Plan and manger resources and activities ensure quality service is maintained throughout

QUALIFICATION
+ Rick banking experience in trade finance services;
+Familiar with import financing products;
+Teamwork oriented with good inter personal skills;
+Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
+Attention to detail and a high degree of initiatives are required
+Process good regulatory knowledge and familiar with reporting system
+Bachelor degree from a college or university and/or relevant practical experience in a finance related field;
+Solid knowledge of UCP600,ISBP,URDG758,URC522 &ETC
