职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Improve Quality performance in the Region
? Lead Regional Quality Team. Represent Region in Global Quality Council
? Lead and/or support Global and Regional Quality Improvement projects
? Ensure robust customer complaint investigation
? Maintain ISO 9000 certification for region
? SAP QM power user for Region
? Ensure regional lab team is functioning and utilizing best practices
? Ensure plant compliance with audits and management reviews
? Administer quality databases for plants and supply chain users
? Issue monthly quality report for region
? Train new employees in region.
? Manage 3rd party product QC testing for region
? Audit and ensure Quality compliance of regional tollers

Job Requirement:
Education: BS Degree-Chemistry, Quality Engineering or Equivalence
Experience: 8 years working experience in Laboratory, Quality/production support area inlcuding min.3 years managerial experience in American based company.
Knowledge: Specific knowledge in ISO Quality Standards;
                    Lead auditor certification is preferred
                    SAP QM Module experience a plus
                    Lotus Notes database knowledge a plus
                    Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Black Belt, or equivalent
