职位描述：

− Develop new business opportunities;

− Maintain good relationship with clients, know their needs, and offer relevant commodity hedging or investment products;

− Understand clients’ risk exposure on detail level and structure hedging deals;

− Help create new commodity products/structures/solutions;

− Co-ordinate with distribution channels

Knowledge:

· Deep knowledge of global commodity markets, and extensive relationship within the industry;

· Good understanding of Chinese commodity companies and investors, knowing their requirements and concerns;

· Familiar with China’s commodity regulation framework;

· Basic understanding of commodity derivatives and structured products

Skills and Abilities

· Strong sales and business development capability

· Great communicator

· Good problem-solving and closing skill

· A team player

· Self-motivated

· Ability to travel

Qualifications

· 3 years commodity sales experience in institutional environments

· Professional qualifications a plus
