JOB SUMMARY:
This individual will provide engineering expertise to develop test methods and perform UC test for telephony and RF products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Implement UC test set-up, testing, and troubleshooting of new products and existing products.
2.Provide support to maintain the UC Lab test system and servers and ensure the system and server steadily run.
3.Responsible for Installing, maintaining and upgrading multiple UC clients (Avaya, IBM, Cisco, Microsoft, others…)
4.Take charge of making image file on image server updated.
5.Provide UC client support to local users testing, installing and demonstrating products.
6.Cooperate with IT and UC system function to get the related service and support.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
AS degree, or Equivalent Vocational Training.
Min. 2 years experience with software/firmware controlled testing and evaluation.
Experience with Audio devices and Bluetooth Handset/Headset Interoperability.

DESIRED COMPENTENCIES:
1.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating System such as XP, Vista, Win 7.
2.Good command of English both in reading and writing.
3.Adept in problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
4.Mechanical, electrical or Acoustic/Audio experience is preferred.
5.Self motivated, dedicated, ability to work individually and in a team environment.
6.Experience with Excel, Word and Microsoft Office.
