3.2-5年的库房相关工作经验；
4.良好的英文说写能力,可以用英语作简单交流；

7.具备公司相关产品知识；
8.具备Oracle的操作经验。

职位描述:

1.客户替换产品的查验；
2.接收客户的问题返回产品；
3.确认质保的状况，记录日期编码并填写好服务订货单；
4.对问题返回产品的功能进行验证；
5.给客户发货时，同时在系统完成发货操作；
6.配合公司项目要求，对问题返回产品进行收集；
7.在客服中心管理部门的指导下把无法进行质保的产品返还给客户；
8.接收来自经销商和零售商的问题返回产品；
9.通过邮件确认问题返回产品在客服的检测结果；
10.在Oracle系统里接收问题返回产品的查验和客户退回的问题产品；
11.准备并出货给中国大陆区；
12.处理物料进出的详细目录；
13.配合部门内部的其他任务。
