Description
This group builds Limits and other Risk Management controls for all front office Trading Systems across Equity and Fixed Income business units. These are integrated within bank's distributed trading systems infrastructure and require a lot of focus on stability, accuracy and keeping the latency down to minimal.
This role touches base upon technical, team management, and business facing. GLM GUI is a critical application used by business to manage trading limits affecting internal and external clients. There will be frequent interactions with MSET Product Managers and Risk Managers to gather requirements, discuss business challenges, and deploy solutions.

The candidate will:
Interact with users directly to understanding business requirement challenges and provide technical solutions.
Develop and maintain GLM GUI in .NET/C# and WPF. Provide technical leadership via code review and team discussion to carry out best software development practice.
Influence future directions of GUI solutions for the TRC group, working with GUI development leads in other regions as well as TRC senior management
Manage GUI team across Shanghai, India, and London.
Manage GUI projects, releases and deployments.
Work closely and collaborate with other members of TRC in New York, London, India, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.
Provide Level3 support

Skill Set Required:
- 5+ years experience in .net 
- 3+ years experience in WPF
- Experience in building and debugging performance critical applications and distributed platforms.
- Experience in memory and performance profiling of .net applications.

Desired Skills
- HTML5/Angular exposure and experience.
- KDB experience 
- Equity financial product knowledge and financial domain exposure.*LI-KW1
 
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in technical analysis and solution implementation in the financial services area 
- 4+ years of application development experience using Object Oriented design principles, ASP.Net, C# (3.5 or higher), WCF, NHibernate 
- Architecture & Attention to detail ? should be able to convert functional requirements into detailed technical designs using UML 
- 5+ year experience with varied distributed system technologies, e.g. SQL Server, IIS, etc. 
- 3+ years of database modeling and development experience - must be able to reconcile data between systems using SQL, Excel (including VBA), etc. Loading, extracting, reconciling data between multiple databases 
- 3+ years experience with prod application support and troubleshooting for platforms using Microsoft technologies like SQL Server 2005, ASP.Net, Windows Server, IIS 
- Good communication skills and experience in working with Distributed teams 举报 分享
