Manager level for the leading Auto Development Project Team – Beijing
? Report to an International leader
? Exciting new venture for the Auto racing industry in China
? Be part of one of the fastest growing industries in China- First of its kind in North China
 
Responsibilities
Represent Development company to network, business develop, contract negotiate for lease rental deals on mainly 2 types of proposals: 1) Track Rental / Facility/ Events space Rental ; 2) Sell Dealership space ( 10 year lease agreements)
 
Requirements on background of candidate
? Minimum 3-5 years’ experience or more
? Ideally have existing client network
? Prefer to have some marketing agency experience
? Sales oriented
? Aggressive – Good negotiator
? Follow up mainly with Chinese JV auto or OEM clients
? Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
 
 Travel requirements
Travel once in a while within China and overseas
