Job Title:Native English speaker - related experience not required. Senior Analyst, Automotive
This position is open to native English speakers without market research or automotive experience. Full training will be provided.

POSITION TITLE
Senior Analyst, Consumer Insights, Automotive Vertical
 
LOCATION
Shanghai and Beijing

THE POSITION
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on project management, analysis and reporting of assigned research projects servicing major automotive makers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with team members to service clients
- Coordinate internal resources in order to execute research projects
- Keep project tracking schedule, workload schedules up-to-date. Ensure full compliance to project timelines and proactively address issues
- Ensure all proposals, methodologies and job specifications are in line with qualitative requirements and fit with client objectives
- Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of project management, analysis, reporting, etc
- Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
- Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
- Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
 
QUALIFICATIONS
While related experience would be a plus, we can consider talented candidates without this, but with growth potential. Essential requirements for candidates without related experience are:
- Native English
- Excellent writing and PowerPoint skills
- Strong logical thinking and data sense
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Spirit of team work
- Proactive personality, result oriented and with client service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure
- At least conversational Mandarin (business level written and spoken will be a plus)
- Minimum two years' post-graduation work experience in any field in order to secure the work permit (unless the candidate already has the right to work in China) 举报 分享
