About Elite Scholars of China
ESC aims to educate China's top high school students about their undergraduate options in the United States. For the past seven years, ESC has offered high-quality English language classes, SAT, ACT and TOEFL preparation, US college tours, and college counseling services to China's academically accomplished high school students.

Digital Media and Marketing Coordinator Role and Responsibilities：
1 ? Apply graphic design to develop innovative marketing strategies that succeed in sharing ESC’s educational philosophies and services with clients across mainland China
2 ? Coordinate with our Events and Student Recruitment teams to manage publicity for critical ESC recruiting opportunities, as well as coordinating and monitoring marketing leads
3 ? Define and execute ESC’s digital media strategy across platforms including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn

新媒体运营和市场主管工作职责：
1 ? 应用平面设计开发创新营销策略，成功为中国大陆客户传播 ESC 的教育理念和服务
2 ? 与市场活动部门以及招生团队共同开发招生渠道，拓展市场
3 ? 定义和执行 ESC 的新媒体策略，运营新媒体网站例如微信公众号、微博Facebook, Twitter,Instagram, and LinkedIn 等。

Requirements：
1 ? Degree in Communications, Marketing or any other related field
2 ? 2+ years of experience with social media management or marketing
3 ? Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
4 ? Familiarity of Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
5 ? Experience with graphic design, web design and/or web development
6 ? Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
7 ? Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
8 ? Maintains excellent writing and language skills
9 ? Maintains a working knowledge of principals of SEO including keyword research and search engine analytics
10 ? Native Mandarin speaker (or equivalent proficiency) with full professional fluency in English
