职位描述：
Job Description:
1.To raise operational dfficiency based on increasing files/head and decreasing costs/file
2.To control, measure and steer the training process according to onboarding process
3.To conduct quarterly training and roll out process
4.To set the necessary focus concerning the respective area of responsibility
5.To manage the training needs of key users
6.To ensure all process routines are well implemented and applied
7.To write report about situation in respective area of responsibility quarterly

Personal Qualification:
1.At least 3 years either on customer side or in freight forwarding in air/sea cargo, SCM solutions, Road-Xpress or logistics
2.Extended education in freight forwarding and commericial education
3.Comprehensive users know-how in operational systems
4.Good presentation skills
5.Basic skill to train other people
6.Analytic skills
7.Business fluent in English
