Job description
Our Customer Service Officer will work with the support of a team, and help provide our existing clients with high quality Customer Service. Their work will include communication with clients, assessment of their needs and priority of their request, resource planning and daily task management.
Their main duties are:
- Handle incoming inquiries, incidents and problems via all support channels etc.
- Working collaboratively with all teams to deliver high quality support to customers;
- Plan resources and work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis,
- Establish and maintain of long term trust relationship with customers,
- Suggest improvements and additional work to customers,
- Report monthly KPIs to management,
- Continuously propose new ideas, improvement in internal organization, suggestion changes, promote new ideas,
Every candidate is integrated in the team through a step by step training in internal tools, communication channels, processes and software solutions.
Job requirements
Technical Knowledge:
- Experience in Customer Service management, in Retail, Distribution, Logistics, Transport, or other related industries,
- Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Projects);
Business Knowledge:
- Knowledge in enterprise software used in Retail or Distribution (WMS, ERP, etc.) will be highly considered.
General requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to manage stress;
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is a must;
- Analytical skills & attention to details;
- Passion to continually learn & acquire business, technical & application related skills.
