职位描述：
Scope of Responsibilities/工作职责：
1. Prepare annual Budget and Spring Review of assigned BU which includes show P&L, miscellaneous revenue, office G&A, below line and etc timely, accurately and in line with management strategy/business plan and key assumptions.
2. Prepare Recent/Current Forecast to reflect the current actual status of assigned BU which includes show P&L, miscellaneous revenue, office G&A, below line and etc with sensitivity highlighted when required.
3. Conduct analysis over show P&L, weekly sales status, pricing analysis, office G&A and etc of assigned BU and highlight any unreasonable finding to the higher management.
4. Monitor the month-end closing process to ensure that the completeness, existing and accuracy of the financial statement of assigned BU at MA point of view.
5. Synapse upload for Budget, Spring Review and RF/CF and no unreconciled item for C2 & C3 reports, as well as preparation of Synapse reports for management reference.
6. Be the key contact to show team for finance matter and build up close working relationship with show team and colleague.
7. Assist Senior Finance Manager to develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for finance related functions, which are line with the group company’s policies and are also in accordance with the statutory requirements of China.
8. To undertake any other tasks relating to Management Accounting such as attend show meeting, prepare cashflow analysis, review ageing report, pricing proposal, PO review and etc.

Qualifications/任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree preferably major in Accountancy/Finance.
2. Over 6 years of finance experience in MNC, with at least 2 years’ finance analysis experience.
3. Good understanding of accounting principles / process / internal control concepts.
4. Be able to work under pressure and good teamwork spirit.
5. Good communication skill with all levels in the organization.
6. Experience in SUN, Synapse reporting system is preferred. 举报 分享
