Job Description：

1. 制订医院拜访计划，每月保证拜访规定数量的目标客户，认真填写医院拜访报告；
2. 组织产品科室推广会和临床试验；
3. 配合公司大型学术活动和销售活动；
4. 完成销售目标，并扩大目标科室、增加目标医生从而增加公司产品的销量；
5. 参与和完成上级要求的新的医院开发工作；
6. 书面报告所负责的医院公司产品的消化量和库存量，并对数据的真实性负责；
7. 建立完善的客户档案，与客户保持良好的关系；
8. 按公司规定合理使用各项费用，及时、准确执行报告系统（医院、费用、行政），及时汇报工作的进展；
9. 保持与商业代表的良好沟通，并及时反馈渠道畅通信息；
10. 及时反馈市场信息 （客户、产品、竞争对手、招标、医保等）；
11. 配合大区经、地区经理、销售主管的协同拜访；
12. 提高客户服务质量；
13. 协助大区经理做好当地医保目录工作；
14. 完成临时指派的工作任务。


Job Requirements：

1、至少两年工作经验（有相关经验者从优）；
2、大学专科以上学历，为医学、药学、护理学等相关专业；
3、对本行业有较多了解；
4、性格开朗，工作勤奋、认真负责；
5、能承受一定工作压力。
