职位描述：
工作职责：
1.本科及以上学历，工商管理、企业管理、经济、金融、财务管理等相关专业；
2.三年及以上大型集团总部经营/企管/运营工作经验，地产公司同类岗位任职经历者优先；
3.熟练掌握Excel、Word和PPT操作技能；
4.具有良好的职业操守，敬业，责任心强。

任职资格：
1.参与集团战略管理体系、制度、流程的建立、定期评估与修订；
2.参与集团战略的制定，跟进集团旗下事业部、企业战略的执行过程；
3.掌握外部行业信息，定期编写行业战略分析报告；研究行业标杆企业，完成研究报告；
4.跟进集团旗下事业部、企业的运营管理，参与运营调研，完成调研报告及参与后续的管理提升项目；
