职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、项目职责：对项目总体负责，项目现场管理把控；　
2、技术支持：参与投标或其他项目的关键节点汇报会议及其他技术质量评审会，提供专业支持，督导技术质量管理工作，参与技术规范、质量流程的监管与制定，积极了解和把握行业发展趋势，配合产品研发中心进行市场动向和产品的研发；
3、市场开拓：重点客户关系维护，沟通客户需求，协助市场部进行市场开拓；
4、知识管理：进行项目沉淀和知识积累，定期进行项目分享和项目总结。

任职资格：
1、工作经验要求五年以上建筑设计咨询工作经验；
2、拥有大型跨国企业或国内领先企业办公室项目经验及知名建筑设计公司工作经验者优先考虑。
3、资格要求 国家注册二级建筑师及以上；
4、熟练掌握建筑规范与设计流程，能全面把控现场效果和解决相应问题；
5、英语水平良好，听说读写精通；
6、具备良好的人际沟通与团队管理能力及问题解决能力与项目管理能力。 举报 分享
