ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking a Corporate Learning & Development Specialist to deliver high impact training to our FCM Employees in China. In this varied and exciting role you will develop, organize and facilitate various training programs to promote the learning and development of FCM Operations employees.
In addition to partnering with members of our Learning & Development team, you will be required to build effective working relationships with our partners in Recruitment, Management, Operations, Product, Finance, subject matter experts, various outside vendors and, of course, our learners to deliver on our customer value propositions.
Some key aspects of this exciting position include:
? Facilitation of a range of targeted skill-building programs supporting the development of both new hire and existing employees in our FCM teams.
? Development of both classroom and online training modules, in collaboration with subject matter experts
? Organise the FCM China training schedule
? Coordinate & liaise with subject matter experts to deliver sales, account management and induction training programs
? Working with key stakeholders to assess & analyze training needs across operations, account management, business development & support teams
? Creating an environment that stimulates learning and converts knowing to doing
? Periodically assessing training programs through observation, employee evaluations, and discussion with the leaders to recommend updates to the training program
? Being the driver of FCM One best way policies & processes
? Being the FCM system expert
? Provide ad-hoc ‘on the ground’ HR administration support as required.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will need:
? Proven track record of success as a Travel Consultant (min 3 years).
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
? Strong GDS & airfares knowledge
? Training facilitation &/or instructional design experience desirable, but not essential
? The ability to present information in a clear, logical, organized & easy to understand way
? To be a motivated self-starter with a natural flair for speaking in front of a group
? Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to effortlessly develop rapport with your learners & key stakeholders in the business
? Change Champion
? Good team player
? Ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and professionalism

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking a Corporate Learning & Development Specialist to deliver high impact training to our FCM Employees in China.
