职位描述：
The Network Administrator role develops specialist knowledge of network infrastructure. He also interprets network standards to meet project needs and produces network components as required and evaluate potential solutions, demonstrating, installing and commissioning selected products.
工作职责：
? Provide level 1support for all network connectivity used by onshore systems.
? Work with infrastructure team to perform tasks such as network monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
? Design, implement, maintain data link, network hardware and systems.
? Develop an understanding of the business systems and their associated network requirements;
? Lead/Participate in projects starting from the technical evaluations initiation phase to determine impact on existing systems, provide inputs on risks, performance, and optimization.
? Implement good planning and resource forecasting techniques.
? Work with regional team to adopt best practices and standard.
? Vendor management and coordination.
岗位要求：
? Minimum 5-8 years of experience supporting Cisco networking infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
? In-depth knowledge on LAN/WAN/MAN protocols.
? Good knowledge and experience in Firewall, especially in Checkpoint.
? Familiar with network monitoring and troubleshooting.
? Experience of working with vendor and regional team preferred.
? Familiar with Cisco IP Telephony is basic requirement.
? Familiar with Voice Recording (NICE,Verint) system is requirement.
? Familiar with BT Dealerboard system is prefer.
? Work experience in financial industry or large scale international corporation is preferred.
? Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
? Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow them through to resolution accurately and in a timely manner
? Understand and attain technical knowledge from on the job experience
? Able to work under pressure
