Essential Functions/ Duties and Responsibilities：

Works as a member of Quality System team, assist quality manager to manage the work assignments of quality system in Ethicon, responsible for Quality System Construction:

以及维护有关爱惜康的质量体系的构建：
1. As site Change Analyst, review the document format and content. Coordinate with other team members to support Adaptiv routine management.
作为工厂的变更评估员，复审文件的格式和内容。与团队其他成员协调支持Adaptiv的日常管理工作。
2. Designs and develops procedures and processes for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability. Responsible for quality system alignment with J&J, MD sector and Franchise requirement, ensure the sustainability of QS integration
设计和开发有关质量和可靠性的记录、评估和报告程序流程。负责质量体系与强生、MD以及业务部门一致性的工作，确保质量体系持续满足要求。
3. Contact with local standard agency, maintain external standard management to fulfill the requirements for MD.
与当地的标准院联系，维护外部标准的最新清单以符合MD的要求。
4. Maintain JJMC Quality Manual, Quality Policy and Quality Planning , which should be compliance with J&J, MD, Franchise and local regulatory-GMP standards. If necessary, develop corrective action plans to resolve issues and verifies implementation.

5. In accordance with quality system requirement, compiles data and prepares reports on system
effectiveness for management, participates to the preparation of quality management review.

6. Take the role of quality system coordinator, contact with franchise quality team to deliver relevant information. Ensures quality databases and files are regularly maintained to support the follow-ups of QMS Integration Program. Serves as key participant in management reviews, third party inspections and internal audits.
承担质量体系协调人员的角色，与事业部门质量团队进行联系，传递有关信息。确保维护质量的文档及数据库，持续保证QMS整合的后续工作。作为质量评审、第三方检查和内部审计的关键人员。
7. Provide monthly quality data related to quality record management, quality training and internal & external audits.

8. Comply with J&J standards, prepare the Quality Agreements between Ethicon-JJMC with external suppliers, intra-companies or other partners which has the cooperation together.
按照强生的标准要求，准备爱惜康-JJMC 与外部供应商，兄弟公司或者其他合作伙伴之间的质量协议。
9. Assist direct supervisor to participate other tasks related job objectives and special assignments.
协助直接主管参与其他与工作目标有关的任务和特别任务分配。

Required Education, Training and/or Experience
必要的教育，培训和/或相关工作经验
1. Batcher above degree on material or related subjects.
本科以上学历有关材料或相关的专业；
2. Over 2 years’ experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
2年以上有关医疗器械或药品企业的工作经验；
3. Understanding of processes concerned testing method, First Aid and Safety knowledge is must.
了解与测试方法相关的过程，急救和安全知识是必须的。
4. Good communication skills and learning ability.
良好地沟通技巧和学习能力；
5. English fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
在听说读写方面英语熟练；
6. Familiar with routine operations of computer and software.
