Key Responsibilities
1.To call on and maintain customer relationships within the commercial interior design industry
2.Ensure customers are serviced to the highest standard and their samples are current and good
order.
3.Develop a serviced based rapport assisting with any fabric requirements they may have.
4.Education customers on new products, textile production technologies and certifications
5.Assist in the development of special products for large projects through the preparation of a comprehensive custom product project brief.
6.Accurately and clearly communicate with customers
and staff.
7.Perform and exceed minimum sales budgets.
8.Represent Woven Image’s best interests at all times.
9.Customer Project Management
10.Maintain accurate call cycle and CRM reporting
11.Ensure all company presentation systems and samples are current and in good condition.
12.Generate sales reports and identify competitor activity as required.
13.Develop colour rotations and presentation boards as required.
14.Use computer systems in accordance with policies and procedures
15.Attend Sales Meetings & Conferences when required
16.Prepare quotations, orders, check stocks and coordinate customer deliveries
17.Assist with point of sale maintenance
18.Weekly sales reporting of field activities
19.Compile monthly sales forecasts
20.Without prejudice to the generalities of the duties listed above, you shall follow the directives of the Company's appointed Directors, or representatives, who are from time to time assigned.

Relevant knowledge,vocational skills,qualifications and experience
1.Min. 5 years Industry experience preferably with commercial interior finishes
2.Business Sales or Customer Contact Qualification
3.Knowledge of interior design industry
4.Knowledge of commercial interior textiles
5.Understanding of visual merchandising and furniture
sales
6.Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office
7.Excellent English Language skills
