职位描述:
1. Improve operational efficiency
Monitor daily export operation/ budget& result, find solution to enhance the efficiency, adjust staff’ s assignment according to actual situation.
2. Improve service& data quality
Check weekly export report, co-work with BPM team to monitor staff correct and improve the data within time effectiveness. Search potential risk during the work flow and find countermeasure to improve it.
3. Team work building
Fully understand Dept’ s plan, initiatively guide staff to act in line with Dept’ s target. Stimulate staff’ s potential and maximize their ability to work closely with each other to fulfill Dept’ s task together.
4. Continuous development
Under the company’ s long term policy, design the better solution to improve business, define executable & sustainable operation flow, enhance the performance and development of the organization.
5. Cooperation Management
Break the barrier between regions & Divisions, through collaboration motivates staff & related parties to achieve higher level results.
6. Market information collecting
Through a variety opportunities and channels, collect market/ competitors’ information to make strategic and operational decisions.
7. Business Compliance
Closely attention to the behavior of violation to the rules/ operational SOP, take necessary measures when the risk exists. Ensure all activities are fully compliance of company’ s ISO & J-SOX requirements.
Job Requirements:
1. College- educated or above. Fluent speaking & writing in English.
2. Over 6 years working experiences in Ocean Export customer service and operation job, over 2 years’ management experiences in Ocean Export Department of global forwarding company.
3. Comprehensive knowledge in the experienced in Ocean Export operation job including trucking, clearance, CFS vanning.
4. Experiences in making SOP and evaluation KPI of broker, truck company and CFS.
5. Understanding of Department’ s goal, competent to lead staff work towards the goal together.
6. Good communication & coordination skill in operating network.
7. Ability to analysis the accident cause and make related countermeasures.
