职位描述:
To oversee the daily sales management and presentation of brand with an exposure on the designated geographic areas. To achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with the Brand global strategy.
He/ She will be reporting directly to the Distribution Manager or the Sales Manager.
He/ She will be communicating internally with Sales & Marketing and Finance/ Accounting and Logistics Department, externally with Customers.
He/ She is responsible for :
Work planning
1. Visiting assigned cluster of stores across the territory;
2. Defining work plan based on sales cycle priorities and activities;
3. Guaranteeing an effective visit planning in order to achieve KPI in terms of frequency of visits per store.
In store responsibilities: maximize sell-in and sell-out
1. Brand presence in store: actively managing and optimizing brand presence by negotiating and increasing brand visibility; get good space and window display;
2. Ensuring adequate level of assortment: depth and width, facing, product display;
3. Ensuring stock is at an adequate level in the POS of the assigned territory and support in stock management administration process;
1. Checking that Visual Merchandise is in line with selective distribution strategy;
2. In-store training to retailer’s sales staff and other relevant management levels regarding products, brand and marketing activities;
3. Getting sales figures, analyzing best and worst sellers;
4. Developing a strong working relationship with clients (opticians/ department stores/ store managers and field staff) within the designated territory;
5. Maintaining brand integrity by ensuring the brand is presented in-store using the standards set forth that convey the value of the brand and product;
6. Opening up new qualitative doors through the official approval process;
7. Closing non up-to-standard doors and implementing the procedure’s closure/ follow up.
Trade shows (2 times/ year)
1. Actively participating in each trade activity from organization to follow up after the event;
2. Being totally involved during the event and taking care of every present customer;
3. Achieving the target set.
Reporting
1. Providing accurate reports of visits;
2. Providing monthly sales/ visits reports;
3. Getting feedback on new products/ collections;
4. Acknowledging on competitor’s activities (prices/ visibilities/ events).
Others
1. Participating in internal meetings and trainings and providing feedback on products, displays, promotions and opportunities for improvement.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Min 2 years’ experience in FMCG/ Fashion/ Cosmetics industry
3. Min 2 years’ experience in Sales
4. Ability to travel within the assigned territory
5. Immediately available would be preferred
6. Negotiation & Influencing skills
7. Self confidence
8. Extremely organized
9. Able to work independently
