The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, maintaining and servicing for HDS series products. The Field Engineer achieves the CAST and productivity metrics associated with their position. Below are detail
? Responsible for maintaining and repairing HDS products on a 7x24x4 service,
  That in including HDS series products break/Fix and IMAC.
? May diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
? Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance and configurations
which may impact product performance.
? Maintains a functional understanding of company service solutions and using relative service system to
    record service activity in accurate.
Responsibilities:
?Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
?3-years working experience in IT industry;
?Technical skills on server and storage is a must;
?Good communication skills;
