职位描述
Responsibilities
* Deliver and distribute sales target and evaluation standards to each counter.
* Ongoing monitor the team performance, prepare the monthly sales reports to ASM
* Guild and coach BAs on counter display to ensure counter image is align with the company requirement.
* Ensure the accuracy of inventory and sales facility by periodical and random checking.
* Maintain the good relationship with relevant store peoples.
* Monitor the Account Receivable issues and track the balance between counter's actual sales and store's.
* Fully support the marketing activities, like promotion, Beauty Class, etc...
* Collect the store information and provide the feedback to ASM.
* Responsible for BA recruitment, management and motivation.
* Conduct the 1-day training for New BA.
* Work with regional trainer to monitor the BA's performance and provide the feedback to training dept.
* Support HR on BA in/out issues
* Review and check the monthly BA attendance record and BA commission report.

1. Good negation and communication skill
2. Understanding the company's guideline and direction.
3.Show the good people management skill in the team, encourage the communication transparence.
4. Uplift the morale and encourage the team sprite within the BA team.
5. Provide the clearly guidance and as a mentor to help subordinates to achieve their objectives.
6. Strong data sense and data analytical skill
