1. Identify and actively pursue business development opportunities in China and across the Asia Pacific region with specific focus on key Business Development Accounts, Target / Acquisition accounts and large one off experiential opportunities;
积极拓展中国及亚太地区的业务机会,尤其是对于一些重点的客户,目标客户及大型的活动机会。
2. Understand and interpret successfully client goals and experiential marketing objectives;
了解并能成功阐述客户的目标及市场营销计划。
3. Work with a creative strategy team to research, develop and implement winning sales strategies and creative concepts for proposals;
与创意策略部门协作,制定、发展并实施成功的策略及创意概念。
4. Ability to Dream, Visualise and Create unique brand experiences that demonstrate our capabilities and value propositions;
可以创造独特的品牌体验,以体现公司的能力和价值。
5. Ability to develop experiential marketing strategies and to sell a creative experience using sophisticated storytelling;
有能力开发市场策略并可以通过复杂的故事推销出去
6. Pitch / Proposal writing, development and client presentations as and when required.
可以撰写方案,并给客户提案
7. Copywriting, proof reading and editing proposal content as and when required;
可以写文案,校对及编辑方案内容
8. Assist with run throughs and client presentations;
协助客户提案
9. Work with Business Development Director to develop client and experiential specific sales strategies specifically targeted to achieve conversion of opportunities;
与业务拓展总监一起协作 ,开拓客户及制定销售策略,并达成销售目标
10. Develop and recommend business development and sales processes, tools and procedures to enhance performance and lift sales conversions;
拓展业务及销售流程,工具以提高绩效和转化率
11. Maintain relevant components of client database through SalesForce management system, generate reports and manage SalesForce integrity on a regular basis.
通过SalesForce管理系统来维护客户库,从系统中生成报告,定期维护系统的完整性
12. A passion for business development, selling and brand experiences;
对业务拓展有热情,有销售及品牌体验经验
13. Excellent presentation skills and an interest in building open, trusting client relationships;
优秀的展示技巧,可以与客户建立开放、信赖的关系
14. A good understanding of the integration of digital, mobile marketing and social media in the brand experience and experiential space.
非常了解Digital整合,移动营销和社交媒体,如何在品牌体检领域的应用
15. Compliance with Company policies and procedures.

16. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Business Development Director.
