1. 根据公司下达的经营目标分解并制定区域内各物业项目的利润和服务指标,同时监督指导各物业项目完成各项指标;
2. 全面负责区域内各物业项目的人员管理、财务管理、商品管理、质量管理、现场管理、安全管理;
3. 及时向各物业项目传达公司各项工作会议的精神及颁布的制度,督促各物业项目严格执行,配合职能部门做好公司与各物业项目的沟通工作;
4. 及时发现、培养骨干和后备物业人才;
5. 负责区域内新开各物业项目筹备及服务跟进工作;
6. 负责安排区域内物业主管的交接工作;
7. 按进度完成区域内亏损项目的扭亏计划;

任职要求:
1.持有全国物业经理上岗证;
2.具有5年以上物流园区、商场或办公楼物业管理经验;
3.亲和力强,具很强的沟通能力;
4.熟悉物业服务各项工作的具体内容、标准、程序;
