职位描述：
Responsibility:
o Be responsible for whole company’s recruitment activity.
o Develop and coordinate with HRM to execute recruitment strategy and programmes
o Work with departments to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes
o Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals within a specific time frame.
o Be responsible for process of recruitment as assigned including job posting, interview, offer negotiation, background check, on boarding facilities, etc.
o Create and coordinate job advertising in various media. Attend job fairs and develop and maintain contacts with colleges, universities, alumni groups, and other organizations to identify potential applicants.
o Improve the process of recruitment and reduce the lead time by continuously reviewing process and improvement
o Analyze effectiveness of recruitment efforts, with the help of data analysis, and submit reports and recommendations on regular basis
o Proactively use different social medias to promote recruitment efforts and to headhunt for the right talents
o Act as Talent Market "Radar" to establish recruitment professional network externally and monitor talent movement in the market as well as trend/status analysis
o Keep the Role Descriptions up to date according to audit requirement
o Responsible for accurate and timely statistic and analysis, forecast adjustment, and database building;
o Perform ad hoc HR projects when required

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree
2.Good command of English in Speaking, writing
3.Ability to provide amazing customer service
