Responsibilities

· Hunting new custmers for Caps&Closures and achieving sales plan.

· Develop & implement customer management strategy and relationship to achieve good market participation and maximize profit opportunities

· Negotiate key initiatives/tenders and contracts with the customers

· Work on customer complain and feedback tracking

· Provide sales reports required by supervisor.

· Other task assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

· College degree above,education in mechanical engineering or mould making

· Sales experience background in mould marking

· Be familiar with the target customer, and ability to build up new customers independently.

· Good understanding of injection and mould market as well as related industry

· Mature appearance, good communication skills, Smart personality.

· High willingness to travel.

· Good English language skills.
