Position Title: Customer Service Specialist
Business Unit: Consumer CS
Location: Shanghai
Reports to (Title): Customer Service Supervisor
Purpose of the position:
? Responsibility for customer satisfaction data analysis
? Responsibility for E-portal system maintenance
? Responsibility for partner channel management system implementation and maintenance
Main responsibilities:
? Work close with senior customer service manager for customer satisfaction data analysis and improvement
? "As key person for E-portal maintenance, include:
? Freeze E-portal ordering function before promotion announcement
? Convert original promotion/rebate/free tire/allocation document to SAP standard file
? Upload SAP standard file to E-portal system
? Adjust allocation data base on allocation plan change
? Handle customer inquiry for E-portal"
? As key people for partner channel management project implementation, work with project manager for system testing, function user training and maintenance when system go live
?
Requirements:
? Bachelor with business or computer science related
? 2~3 years working experience for customer service area, most focus data analysis or CRM system implementation;
? Car or tire industry related experience is preferred
? Good communication both Chinese and English
? Patient Customer focus
? Good writing skill Good communication both Chinese and English
