Position responsibilities
1. 依据各自装配区域的日常工作计划表，及不同项目的颜色要求清单完成不同部位的喷涂同作。不可选错油漆颜色。
According the related daily paint schedule, and the different projects color list requirement to paint the different position part. Please refer to related documents of the color list, don’t make a mistake to select the wrong color.
2. 依据喷涂工艺流程的要求，完成每一步骤的工作。检查底漆厚度附着力--清洗表面油污---打磨表面—清理表面—喷涂。
Follow the paint process to finish every step work. Check the primer situation ( thickness, attached force etc.)---clean the surface---grind the surface---paint.
3. 对要先喷涂底漆再喷面漆的工件，部位，操作流程同项目2 并在底漆干燥后发可喷涂面漆。
The same requirement process as item 2 if there need primer and paint. The only difference is the primer must be dry before paint.
4. 对于验收合格后将要发货给客户之前的的零部件。喷涂的工艺流程不变外，对喷涂之前的清理，保护工作也非常重要。
It is also most important for painting before the machine send to customer, especially to clean, protect etc. even following the same painting process.
5. 调配油漆不只是依赖经验同时更重要的是喷涂过程中的检查和总结。
Adjust the paint not only depend your experience and also need always to check the paint result review it in time.
6. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作任务。
Take on any other duties as assigned by superior.
